Karen Droze, co-owner of Highland Communications,
is a health professional with over eighteen years of experience serving children and adults with special needs, both as an
audiologist and as a grantwriter for a state-wide hemophilia organization. Karen has successfully secured and managed several
multi-million dollar federal grants. She has generated numerous reports and publications based on project data.
